Recruitment Training
During this very difficult time, we want to do all we can to help those colleagues affected by the company restructure, who have had their roles confirmed as redundant. That’s why we’ve commissioned specialist recruitment agency, Sirius Executive Search, to develop a bespoke training programme designed to give those colleagues leaving Gray Dawes an advantagous edge over other job-seekers.
Sirius are dedicated 100% to the business travel industry and have created two bespoke group training courses for Gray Dawes staff whose roles are being made redundant. Designed to compliment each other, these training sessions are voluntary and totally free to affected staff. The details of the courses, including the dates and times, are featured below. Each course will have two sessions; this is so we can group different levels of participants, allowing Sirius to tailor the training accordingly. In order to achieve an even more personalised approach, prior to the sessions, Sirius will send out an initial questionnaire to all participants, establishing what individuals are looking for from the training. They will then incorporate this feedback, where possible, into the sessions.
In addition to this group training programme, we are also offering a limited number of one-to-one career coaching sessions with a Sirius recruitment expert. Again completely free, this will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
