Do The Right Thing
• please read •
As one of the new Gray Dawes values outlines, each and every one of us should always strive to ‘do the right thing’.
Whilst we love to enjoy ourselves and celebrate our amazing successes together, we should also be mindful of behaving in a respectful and professional manner at work and at work–related events.
You must not damage the reputation of the company and must conduct yourself respectfully at all times. There are consequences, which include potential disciplinary action, for anyone who doesn’t behave in a respectful way at any time. Likewise, if you see any inappropriate behaviour, call it out to a member of the SLT. We’re all responsible for making Gray Dawes a great place to work.
Please contact HR@gdg.travel or your line manager if you have any questions or would like further clarification.
